They are gorgeous, Mel! I love the manip! And of course, the wp, too, since it has that same image. I like the lines in the wp, it gives it a special style. And as always I love all those subtle images that distinguishes your work.

Beautiful, the both of them. I'm not a huge fan of manips, usually, because you can always tell they ARE manips. But I like this one, a lot.

I know what you mean. Rogue's white streaks are pretty much the bane of all my manipulations. Get them to where they're not looking like spackle? Pain. in. the. ass. They still look pretty fake above, but eh. I was too lazy to spend anymore time on it! I was goofing around with some filters with the streaks and it kind of ended up looking like she had glitter in her hair. I just went with it. lol

Actually, the pic itself is inspired from every fic I've ever read where Logan begrudgingly attends some black-tie fundraising event for Xavier's... Rogue ends up talking him into dancing ... and things go all rated R from there. ;)

It's actually just a layer effect (difference)... with about like three color dodged layers on top of it. LOL ;)
