Someone told me long ago, there's a calm before the storm - I'm not sure, but... Creedence Clearwater Revival - "Have You Ever Seen The Rain", maybe? It's the only "Someone told me long ago" song I can remember. Oh, and "Bad Moon Rising" is them too, if I'm not mistaken.
