Always loved the "Godfather" theme, don't ask me why. "E.T.", Indiana Jones... just about anything by John Williams has penned I guess.

Passion (aka, sdtk for "The Last Temptation of Christ" by Peter Gabriel), The Crow, Gladiator, Requiem for a Dream, Princess Mononoke, Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, Strictly Ballroom, Nightmare Before Christmas and undoubtedly others which aren't coming to mind
