How big is the banner, which way do you want it aligned, and do you already use a background?

Put this between the 'style' brackets. You already use overrides, right? If it's not there, use :

<STYLE type="text/css"> #header { position:absolute; width: 100%; top: 0px; left: 0px; height: 340px; background-image: url('http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b365/hikarisenshi/NXC.jpg'); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center; } </style>

You'll have to put in some breaks to lower the top of your tables on your layout; in order to do that, you have to put breaks right after the body tag; let me know if you have ?'s since you can get lost very easily.
