Bride & Prejudice

You know what I really want to see? The "Pride & Prejudice" remake by Gurinder Chadha ("Bend it Like Beckham"), Bride & Prejudice. A la BiLB, this movie also looks cute / funny.... and Aishwarya Rai is in it. Aishwarya is quite possibly *the most* beautiful woman in the world (why I don't have an icon of her yet I have no idea). Kiwi Martin Henderson is also in this, hopefully to make-up for the malfeasance that was "Torque". :cringes: Apparently, Alexis Bleidel - who also brings all kinds of pretty - is in this too, but I wouldn't doubt the "Gilmore Girls" fans on my FL already knew that.

I've been waiting for this one for FOREVER. Any word on when it'll be released in the States?

According to The Movie Box, it's supposed to come out Dec. 25 (in Limited release). :grumbles: Too far away damn it.
